About Irene Volpe
Irene Volpe, freelance Chef born in '98, Roman, reached the podium as finalist of MasterChef Italia 10. Her passion for cooking led her to train in Europe's finest restaurants, including Enrico Bartolini's three-Michelin-star restaurant in Milan and Geranium in Copenhagen, also three Michelin stars.
Today she travels the world to discover authentic flavors and traditions, which she then reinterprets in her dishes with creativity and respect for the original cultures. Her cuisine stems from emotions and her personal journey of self-discovery, with strong attention to environmental sustainability. In 2023, she published the book "Cucinare le emozioni" (Cooking Emotions) with SlowFood publisher.
For this special evening, Irene will cook alongside the brigade formed by students from De Filippi Institute in Varese, creating a unique experience that combines haute cuisine and education.
