Nepalese dinner for the Chhermading children

Not only will this be a great opportunity to taste traditional Nepalese cuisine, but also to meet Martina, our Vice President, who has just returned from an expedition that visited the local communities living in Chhermading and its surroundings.

Our special guest will be Ngima Sherpa, President of our partner organization, the Okhaldhunga Nine Hill Association, who will guide us on a journey to discover Nepalese culinary traditions during our special fundraising dinner — an event designed to bring together food lovers and those who wish to make a positive impact in the world through education.

The menu for the evening includes:

• Momo – traditional meat and vegetable dumplings

• Dal Bhat Tarkari – lentils and rice

• Chicken Curry with vegetables
