About the event
Ngima Sherpa, president of our partner organization Okhaldhunga Nine Hill Association, will accompany us on a journey to discover Nepalese culinary tradition at our special fundraising dinner, organized to unite food lovers and those who wish to make a positive impact in the world through Education.
The evening will be an opportunity for us to get together before our departure for the visit to the villages followed by our local partner, scheduled for April 14th.
The menu for the evening includes:
Momo, traditional meat and vegetable dumplings
Dal Bhat Tarkari, made with lentils and rice
Chicken Curry with vegetables
