Join us on Sunday July 13 at 7:30 PM for a unique tasting experience that blends culinary excellence with heartfelt solidarity. Hosted at Ristorante Luce, this exclusive evening features a specially curated tasting menu, crafted for the occasion to showcase the essence and quality of Luce’s cuisine.
The four carefully selected ciders originate from renowned European cider-producing regions and will be expertly paired with a three-course tasting menu including an aperitif, main course, and dessert.
The cider selection comprises a surprise Italian cider; a distinctive offering from Zapiain cellar in the Basque Country; an innovative creation from Eclecktic cellar, crafted in Burgundy with Normandy apples and aged in wine barrels; and finally, an Estonian cider from the esteemed Jaanihanso cellar to accompany dessert.
Each course will be thoughtfully paired with fine cider selections, introduced and guided by Pommelier Daniele Bernasconi, offering guests a refined journey through flavors, aromas, and pairing artistry.
